NOTICE: This software and its associated documentation (the "Module") are the 
exclusive property of PrestaShop SA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 
No rights are granted to the user other than those expressly provided in this license.

OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

PrestaShop SA is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights, including 
but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other 
proprietary rights, in and to the PS MCP Server module and all of its code, 
documentation, and related materials.

The PS MCP Server module was developed by PrestaShop, which holds all associated 
intellectual property rights. The license granted to the user does not entail any 
transfer of rights. The user shall refrain from any act that may infringe upon 
PrestaShop's rights and undertakes to strictly comply with the limitations of the 
license set out below.

GRANT OF LICENSE

PrestaShop grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and 
non-sublicensable license to use the MCP Server module, worldwide and for the 
entire duration of use of the module. This license is strictly limited to 
installing the module and using it solely for the operation of the user's 
PrestaShop store.

RESTRICTIONS

The following restrictions apply to your use of the Module:

1. COPYING: You may NOT copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Module or any portion 
   thereof, except as necessary for installation and backup purposes on your own 
   PrestaShop store.

2. REDISTRIBUTION: You may NOT redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise 
   transfer the Module or any portion thereof to any third party.

3. MODIFICATION: You may NOT modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative 
   works based upon the Module or any portion thereof.

4. REVERSE ENGINEERING: You may NOT reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or 
   otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Module.

5. COMMERCIAL USE: You may NOT sell, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit 
   the Module or any portion thereof.

6. UNAUTHORIZED USE: Any use of the Module not expressly authorized by this 
   license is strictly prohibited.

TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will 
terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its 
terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Module and 
destroy all copies in your possession.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE MODULE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A 
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRESTASHOP BE LIABLE 
FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH 
THE USE OF THE MODULE.

GOVERNING LAW

This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with 
French law. Any dispute arising from its interpretation or performance shall 
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the PS MCP Server module, you 
acknowledge that you have read this license agreement, understand it, and agree 
to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this 
license, you may not install or use the Module.
